Andy has been the Director at Northern Switchgear since January 2010. His role includes directing the activities and productivity of the organisation. Working closely with the senior management team to sustain and grow programs and service on a daily basis.
Craig joined Northern Swithgear in 2012 and brought with him vast experience and knowledge from previous roles. This enabled him to work successfully with other directors and the senior management team to drive the business forward.
Ben works closely with the client in the initial stages of a project ensuring the clients requirements are interpreted correctly and costing up the project. Heavily involved with projects Ben also assists in bidding for new contracts and supports buying activities.
One of our longest standing employees Michael has aided in the company growth at each stage of its journey. Managing projects ensuring they keep to specific milestones, developing solutions to any issues as the project progresses and working with both clients and project team he is key to keeping the project on track.
Robert joins Northern Switchgear from engineering service company Wood Group, where he was responsible for designing instrumentation and electrical systems for offshore oil and gas installations for clients including Shell and EnQuest. Robert’s new role involves developing solutions for clients by producing general arrangements and power schematics, ensuring the client’s brief is met within their budget requirements.
James started working with Northern Switchgear as an Apprentice Panel Wireman whilst studying for his degree. He is skilled in building and wiring switchgear such as distribution boards, section boards, switchgear and control panels. Following from this he was promoted to the role of Estimator.
Tony brings over 20 years of engineering experience to NSG and will be responsible for reviewing client’s documentation and ensuring technical compliance. He is passionate in delivering projects which meet the requirements of the client in a timely manner and within budget.
Natalia is a key member of the team providing administrative support to senior management. Also front of house staff Natalia is usually the first point of contact for any new potential client.
